Support privacy
Support accounts store your username, email address, password hash and verification information. phpBB uses login cookies and records IP/session information for account security and moderation. Public forum posts and profiles are visible to other visitors.
Private requests
Your request text and chosen screenshots are shared with you and authorized Thunder Digital support staff. App reports may include reviewed technical diagnostics. We do not collect raw device logs, GPS trails, passwords, API keys or other files as diagnostics. Screenshot metadata is removed; review visible image contents before sending.
App follow links prove possession of your submission. Keep them private. The link proof stays in your browser tab storage while you sign in; it is not placed in server URLs. Staff-only notes and technical diagnostics are not shown to customers or public forums.
Email and retention
Postmark delivers account verification, recovery and support notifications with open/link tracking disabled. Google Workspace handles staff sign-in. These services receive only the information needed to provide those functions.
Original app intake reports and unclaimed portal reports expire after 30 days. Claimed and portal-created requests expire after 90 days without activity. Email queues expire after 30 days. Account and public forum data remain until removed; contact support to request removal. Private backups are managed separately and retained for 14 days for this support deployment; existing infrastructure backups may retain copies under their own policy.
No analytics or advertising trackers are added. For privacy questions, open a private support request.
